CityDance

CityDance is a tuition-free, dance intensive that furthers dance education for rising sixth, seventh and eighth graders in Memphis Shelby County Schools through immersion in the studio environment. Dancers explore contemporary, West African, and hip-hop genres. In addition to a rigorous dance curriculum, students participate in Creative Youth Development workshops. The camp concludes with a performance for friends and family. Student dancers are invited to enroll in New Ballet studio classes upon completion.
